Your family's information

Chorlton Rovers FC uses My Rovers to manage player registration, emergency and medical information, consent, membership and subs. We collect only the information needed to run the club safely.

Who can see it

Parents can see information for their own children. Authorised committee members, coaches and first-aiders can access the minimum information they need for club and matchday duties. Medical information should not be sent by email.

Keeping it accurate

We ask families to complete a Season check each year and update important changes sooner. Photo/video and emergency-treatment consent are re-confirmed each season.

Retention and questions

Player records are retained while membership is active and then reviewed for secure deletion in line with the club's safeguarding, insurance and legal obligations. To correct information, request a copy, or ask for deletion where applicable, email hello@chorltonroversfc.com.
